• CrossFit Level 1

Dana has been involved in sports for over 40 years, including being a member here at CCCF for the past 6 years! With a wide background ranging from gymnastics to cycling and most recently CrossFit, Dana has always lived an active lifestyle! Being outside and celebrating the gifts that God and her pursuit of fitness have provided her with are extremely important and we think that helps make her a great role model and an excellent addition to our team!

Professionally, Dana is a physical therapist and a college professor in the PTA Program at Clark State Community College. She loves teaching students about human movement and rehabilitation. Dana has also coached multiple sports including gymnastics, track & field, and cheerleading.

Dana started teaching fitness classes in 1990, back in the ‘step aerobics’ era. She has always enjoyed group fitness, and is excited to now coach CrossFit! Because of Dana’s gymnastics background, she hopes to use that expertise to expand the gymnastics skills of the athletes at Champion City Crossfit!
