Class Schedule

Schedule Change as of 9/12/16:
We are now offering a noon class on everyday. We have cancelled the 6:30p class for now.

We are happy to announce that Boot Camp will be returning to the schedule as of August 4th, 2015. Boot Camp will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 p.m . Individuals may purchase a 'Boot Camp Membership' for $60/month. All CrossFit members may utilize Boot Camp classes. If you have a 2x/week CrossFit membership, Boot Camp classes will be counted as one of your classes.

We will also start offering 'Open Gym' on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 p.m, as well as Saturdays at 9:00 a.m  . These Open Gym hours will run at the same time as Boot Camp during the week. Any Champion City CrossFit member may utilize the Open Gym hours to work on anything that you would like. This is a great opportunity to work on strength programs that one of the coaches may have set up for you, make up a WOD from the week, or just practice a movement.

Saturday's Open Gym hour has moved back to 9:00 a.m as of August 8th.
